The existing original structure could be viewed in this video taken during this 2016 tour by this author. Don't be deceived by the rough nature of the interior. After renovation, these buildings would be have been incredible to tour, deserving of historical preservation of the world's first airplane factory. The ceiling trusses and wood structure can be seen in this video and the photos below, as they existed in the time of the Wright Factory as seen in the photo immediately below. It is very sad that this ceiling structure of the building, having survived for the last 113 years, has been destroyed. It does appear though, that the western half section of the 1911 Wright Factory building No. 2 ceiling structure survived.
